Our Youth and Women Empowerment Initiatives are focused on unlocking potential, building confidence, and creating pathways to self-reliance, leadership, and economic independence.

These initiatives are designed to:

• Provide vocational and entrepreneurship training in areas such as fashion design, digital skills, agriculture, crafts, and small business management.
• Offer mentorship and leadership development programs to inspire and equip young people and women to become change makers in their communities
• Facilitate access to grants, micro-loans, and startup support for small-scale women-led and youth-led enterprises.
• Promote gender equality, inclusion, and the protection of rights, particularly for women and girls in vulnerable situations.
• Raise awareness on key issues such as reproductive health, gender-based violence, and youth development.

Our goal is to transform lives by turning dependence into independence and potential into power ensuring that every woman and young person has the tools, knowledge, and support to build a brighter future for themselves and their communities.

At LARAMB Foundation, we believe that education is a powerful tool for breaking the cycle of poverty and creating long-term opportunities for individuals and communities. Our Educational Support & Scholarship Programs are designed to remove financial and social barriers that prevent children and youth—especially those from low-income or vulnerable backgrounds from accessing quality education.

Through these programs, we provide:

• Tuition assistance and full/partial scholarships for primary, secondary, and tertiary students.
• School supplies, uniforms, and learning materials to support academic success.
• Mentorship and career guidance to help students stay focused and motivated.
• Support for school infrastructure improvement, especially in rural or underserved areas.

We partner with schools, educators, and community leaders to ensure that every

child supported by LARAMB  has not just access to education, but also the resources, encouragement, and environment to thrive.

Empowerment begins with opportunity. Through our Skills Acquisition & Vocational Training Programs, LARAMB Foundation equips young people, women, and unemployed individuals with practical skills that open doors to economic independence and self-reliance.

We provide:

• Hands-on training in various trades, such as tailoring, catering, hairdressing,shoemaking, computer literacy, agriculture, and more.
• Workshops on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and small business development.
• Starter kits or seed funding for graduates of our training programs to launch their own ventures.
• Certification and job placement support, especially for youth seeking formal employment or internships.
