Our Youth and Women Empowerment Initiatives are focused on unlocking potential, building confidence, and creating pathways to self-reliance, leadership, and economic independence.

These initiatives are designed to:

• Provide vocational and entrepreneurship training in areas such as fashion design, digital skills, agriculture, crafts, and small business management.
• Offer mentorship and leadership development programs to inspire and equip young people and women to become change makers in their communities
• Facilitate access to grants, micro-loans, and startup support for small-scale women-led and youth-led enterprises.
• Promote gender equality, inclusion, and the protection of rights, particularly for women and girls in vulnerable situations.
• Raise awareness on key issues such as reproductive health, gender-based violence, and youth development.
